The Aspire Supported Living Service
offers an alternative to individuals that are finding it difficult to cope living on their own but don’t want to live in a residential care home. Our supported living service can help the individual live more independently with as minimal support as they wish, tailored to their unique requirements.
Aspire Supported Living Service is for anyone with a disability, whether physical disability, learning disabilities, mental health problems or sensory impairments, who chooses to live within a shared accommodation for a small group of 3-7 people.
Each individual has their own tenancy agreement with the landlord and the support provided by Aspire would include appropriate help in managing their tenancy if required.
The support provided includes skills training such as budgeting, cooking, managing medication, accessing community resources (leisure/employment), maintaining social links, assistance with daily living tasks and general supervision including appropriate night support where required. Support can range from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day, depending on individual need.
Our Supported Living Service is a very flexible option that represents good value for money and would suit anyone whether they fund their own care, receive a personal budget or are fully funded by a third party.
