All of the staff at Aspire are trained to the highest standard and regularly receive on-going training, supervision and support; this ensures that you receive the best possible care.
They are trained inHealth & Safety, Moving and Handling People, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, and all other training mandated by the Care Quality Commission. And this training is refreshed annually.
In addition, all our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining a QCF (formerly NVQ) qualification in Health and Social Care.
We constantly ensure staff are developed to their maximum potential which ensures they are able undertake their role in a safe and proper manner with minimal risks and to provide good quality care to all service users.
